Nuclear Energy as a Reliable Source in the Global Warming Era: Development and Roadmap in China + Hydrogen Production

Focusing on the role of nuclear energy in the era of against global warming, the presentation discusses about how nuclear energy can help to reduce the carbon emission and stabilize the electricity grid in the future energy mix in which high penetration of renewable energy may take place as the energy transient is happening globally. Last but not least, the presentation talks about the state-of-the-art of nuclear energy development in China according to open literatures and white papers, and summarizes the current policy and roadmap for nuclear energy in reducing carbon emission till mid-21st century.
